Our
values and ideals are encapsulated in our coat-of-arms, through
the systematic language of heraldry. They are represented
by the following colours and symbolic elements:
 THE
COLOURS: THE VALUES
Blue
- Constancy to truth
To
be in wholehearted search of truth and discover life’s authentic
principles that follow reason and conscience
Purple
– Integrity and strength of character
To be expressive of the values that create the greatest good and
live in adherence with these ethical codes
Gold
- Inspiration and elevation of
the mind
To devote to the well being of others: to empathically listen, design
win-win solutions and inspire one's vision of Greatness
THE
CREST
The
Pyramid -
representing the process of climbing
the path of self-actualization, - as illustrated
by Abraham Maslow's pyramid of human needs'.
The
Star - representing the ultimate reach and drive for
growth, personal development and being all that one can be.
THE
MANTLING
The
Oak Leaves: integrated
with the drapery, they're symbolic of continuous growth, productiveness
and maturity.
The
Helmet: representative of wisdom, strength and protection.
THE
SHIELD
The
Griffin
- combining the symbolic qualities of the lion and the eagle,
the lord of the air and the lord of the earth, it represents
the coming together of our dual natures –
heaven and earth, matter and spirit, divinity and humanity.
THE
MOTTO
‘Let
your Light Shine', comes from the inspirational words of Jesus,
who reminded us of our great life purpose, to be all
that we can be:
“You
are the light of the world. A city set on a mountain cannot be
hidden. Nor do people light a lamp and then put it under a bowl.
Instead they put it on its lamp stand, where it gives light to
everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before
to others that they may see your good deeds and praise your Father
in heaven. ”
A
modern re-interpretation of this idea comes from Marianne Williamson
who stated:
"Our
deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is
that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness
that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant,
gorgeous, talented and fabulous?
Actually,
who are you not to be? Your playing small doesn't serve the world.
There's nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people
won't feel insecure around you. We were born to make manifest
the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us,
it's in everyone! And as we let our light shine, we unconsciously
give others permission to do the same! As we are liberated from
our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others."
The
Technical Values
The
technical mission
is to put the philosophies of Greatness into action. We
continuously aim to bridge the gap between the principles of
self-actualization (the theory) and its practice. For this
purpose, our coaching service and products follow a unique 'E3
formula':
-
Experiential
- the coaching systems are to create direct
observations or experiences. The goal of these educational
programs is to make the knowledge 'tangible', as to
integrate it into your actions.
-
Ecologic
- as is the tendency in nature to produce whole organisms
from the ordered grouping of 'unit structures', - so
are the educational units to fit together and to work together,
in developing you as a whole person.
-
Ergonomic
- The educational tools are to be consistently integrated into
daily rituals and lifestyle - for maximum comfort, efficiency
& ease of use.
