THE SHIELD

THE MOTTO

Let your Light Shine', comes from the inspirational words of Jesus, who reminded us of our great life purpose, to be all that we can be:

“You are the light of the world. A city set on a mountain cannot be hidden. Nor do people light a lamp and then put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its lamp stand, where it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before to others that they may see your good deeds and praise your Father in heaven. ”

A modern re-interpretation of this idea comes from Marianne Williamson who stated:

"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented and fabulous?

Actually, who are you not to be? Your playing small doesn't serve the world. There's nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us, it's in everyone! And as we let our light shine, we unconsciously give others permission to do the same! As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others."

The Technical Values

The technical mission is to put the philosophy of self-actualization into action. We continuously aim to bridge the gap between the principles of self-actualization (the theory) and its practice. For this purpose, our coaching service and products follow a unique 'E3 formula':

  • Experiential - the coaching systems are to create direct observations or experiences. The goal of these educational programs is to make the knowledge 'tangible', as to integrate it into your actions.
  • Ecologic - as is the tendency in nature to produce whole organisms from the ordered grouping of 'unit structures', - so are the educational units to fit together and to work together, in developing you as a whole person.
  • Ergonomic - The educational tools are to be consistently integrated into daily rituals and lifestyle - for maximum comfort, efficiency & ease of use.

You must want to the very best you are capable of becoming. If you plan to be less than you are capable of being, then I warn you that you’ll be deeply unhappy for the rest of your life.
